Our Story

Following a vacation to Canada in 2002, ICO’s founder discovered that despite the cold winters, towel warmers had not yet taken off the way they had in European homes.

Determined to bring the luxurious experience of warm, fluffy towels after every bath or shower to North America, we developed a range of Canadian towel warmers made from the finest materials at our facility in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The ICO brand was founded in 2004, with its two distinctive towel warmer brands earning the coveted CSA stamp of approval for quality. Since then our product range has grown to include a line of over 800 stunning bathroom accessories, bathroom vanities, vessel sinks, LED mirrors and infloor heating systems designed to suit a range of styles and budgets.

From the beginning, we’ve been committed to developing and manufacturing the highest quality products while making luxury an affordable option for our customers. Each and every day the ICO team strives to fulfill our company mission: enriching lives through comfort, luxury and design.

2004
ICO Starts
ICO begins trading, based out of a small building in Regina, SK, assembling and selling luxury towel warmers.
2005
Edition 1 Brochure
ICO produces it’s first brochure and obtains CSA product approval.
2006
Expansion
ICO expands into a neighbouring property to facilitate increased sales.
2007
New Facilities
ICO outgrows existing facilities and moves to a new location at 3005 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina, SK.
2008
Edition 4 Brochure
ICO produces the 4th edition product brochure, now including Tuzio towel warmers and CosyFloor infloor heating.
2010
Kontour Launched
ICO reveals its new brand of towel warmers…. Welcome Kontour!
2011
CosyFloor Cable Launched
Cable is added to the CosyFloor infloor heating lineup.
2013
Accessories Launched
Our first line of elegant bathroom accessories takes the stage.
2016
Calma Launched
Expanding our reach in the bathroom market, we roll out our line of beautiful European vessel sinks.
2017
Volkano Launched
ICO releases its own brand of stunning bathroom accessories in stock in chrome, brushed nickel and matte black.
2017
Released Matte Black
Matte black was starting to take the design world by storm, and not to be left behind the Tuzio Sorano towel warmer in Matte Black was released.
2019
Welcome Gold
Due to consumer demand and changing trends, Volkano expands to include three custom finish options – light brushed gold, dark brushed gold and polished nickel.
2020 + beyond!

We’re designing new products & custom finishes so we can continue to bring stunning bathroom fixtures to homes across North America!
