Tuzio
Tuzio towel warmers purchased after October 1, 2024 have a lifetime warranty, including elements, timers, valves & installation pack. This lifetime warranty is limited to the original homeowner. Any purchase prior to October 1, 2024 has a lifetime warranty on frame and a 2-year warranty on heating element and digital timer, which are fully replaceable. During the warranty period, ICO covers all parts and labour. All warranty-related work (excluding installation) is completed in-house. ICO does not cover field labour. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Kontour
All Kontour towel warmers purchased after October 1, 2024 have a 5-year warranty for residential and a 2-year warranty on commercial installations. This 5-year warranty is limited to the original homeowner. Any purchase prior to October 1, 2024 has a 2- year warranty. During the warranty period, ICO covers all parts and labour. All warranty-related work (excluding installation) is completed in-house. ICO does not cover field labour. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Accessories
All bathroom accessories have a lifetime warranty for residential and a 2-year warranty on commercial installations including all special finish items. Build up of mineral deposits and incorrect care or cleaning are not covered. During the warranty period, ICO covers all parts and labour. All warranty-related work (excluding installation) is completed in-house. ICO does not cover field labour. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Vanities
All ICO Bathroom Vanities have a 2-year warranty. During the warranty period, ICO covers all parts and labour. All warranty-related work (excluding installation) is completed in house. ICO does not cover field labour. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Vessel Sinks

LED Mirrors

Pop Down Drains
Our Pop Down Drains are covered for 1-year on the exterior finish and 10 years on the cartridge. During the warranty period, ICO covers all parts and labour.
